The official way to contact us. Sign in with Steam, open a ticket and we reply right on the site — with your order linked to solve it as fast as possible.

- Check My account → Orders: you'll see the delivery status of each item.
- If an item failed, click “Retry delivery”.
- Make sure you've joined the server at least once with the same Steam account you bought with on ARK RECIO.
