Data we process

• Steam identity: SteamID64, public name and avatar (to identify you and deliver purchases).
• Email (optional): for receipts and notices you request.
• Linked accounts (optional): Discord, Twitch or Epic identifiers if you link them.
• Technical and security data: IP address and connection data, to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Orders and payments: purchase history. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your card data.
• Game data: playtime and statistics, for Site features.

Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service and delivering purchases — performance of the contract.
• Security, fraud prevention and enforcement — legitimate interest.
• Optional email communications — consent.
• Invoicing and accounting/tax obligations — legal obligation.

Recipients

We share data only with the providers needed to operate: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email provider, hosting/infrastructure and CDN, and the platforms you choose to link (Discord, Twitch, Epic). We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active. Paid orders are retained for the legal periods (accounting/tax obligations, roughly 4–6 years in Spain) even after you close your account, in which case they are anonymised and detached from your identity.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection. From Account settings you can export your data or delete your account; you may also contact us via Support. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Minors

The Site is not directed to persons below the applicable legal age without their legal guardian's consent.
