1. Scope

These Terms govern the purchase of digital content and goods on ARK RECIO ("the Site"), intended for use within private ARK and RUST game servers ("the Servers"). By making a purchase you fully accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the product

Products are virtual items, perks and digital content delivered and consumed inside the game. They have no monetary value outside the game, are not money, are not redeemable for cash and grant no stake in the Site or the Servers. Delivery is automatic and immediate to the Server linked to your account once payment is confirmed.

3. Wipes, loss of progress and ephemeral nature ⚠️

You acknowledge that ARK and RUST are survival games with periodic resets ("wipes") and player interaction. Consequently, any item, dino, structure, rank, points, balance or advantage may be lost at any time, including without limitation due to:

• Wipes, scheduled or unscheduled, of the Server or cluster;
• Actions of other players (PvP, raids, theft, destruction);
• The game's own dynamics, decay or server events;
• Updates, maintenance, migration or shutdown of the Server;
• Penalties for breaking the rules.

Such losses are inherent to the product and give NO right to any refund, compensation, restoration or replacement. You purchase with full knowledge of this ephemeral nature.

4. Account

Access is via your Steam account and, optionally, by linking Discord, Twitch or Epic. You are responsible for your account's security and all activity through it. You must be of legal age in your country or have your legal guardian's consent, and pay with your own payment methods.

5. Prices and catalogue

Prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes where relevant. The provider may change prices, offers, catalogue and features at any time without notice. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery

Delivery is automatic to the Server after payment and requires that you are correctly identified and, where applicable, connected or present on the Server. If a product is not delivered due to a technical fault attributable to the provider, the sole remedy is re-delivery (see Refund Policy).

7. Balance, points, coupons and rewards

Wallet balance, points, coupons and rewards are internal promotional credit with no monetary value: they are not refundable in cash, not transferable unless stated, may expire and are forfeited when the account is closed or anonymised or upon a penalty. Balance may only be used within the Site.

8. Conduct and penalties

Cheating, exploits, fraud, impersonation or breach of Server rules may lead to permanent suspension or ban with no refund, forfeiting delivered products, balance and any advantage. Buying products does not exempt you from the rules nor grant immunity from penalties.

9. Chargebacks

Filing an abusive or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is a serious breach: it leads to a permanent ban (including a cluster-wide global ban) and forfeiture of everything delivered and of your balance, without prejudice to further action. If you have an issue with an order, contact Support first.

10. Availability

The Site and Servers are provided "as is" and "as available". The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the continuity of the Servers, which may be modified, suspended or shut down at any time without creating any right to a refund or compensation.

11. Intellectual property and non-affiliation

The Site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve/Steam, Studio Wildcard or Facepunch Studios. Third-party marks and content belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount actually paid for that order. The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of progress, playtime, items or data. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes

The provider may update these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the provider's domicile.
